Job Description	GENERAL FUNCTION:  Develops cost-effective information technology solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements complex software applications. May coordinate activities of the project team and assist in monitoring project schedules and costs. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  1. Designs, codes, tests and implements application programs in accordance with client specifications. 2. Coordinates project resources for application projects with minor complexity. 3. Analyzes, codes, tests and documents routine enhancements made to new and/or existing programs. 4. Interprets business requirements and identify solutions to meet business objectives. 5. Demonstrates proven knowledge in one or more applications or systems. 6. Analyzes application systems and programming logic problems and, where necessary, revise logic and procedures. 7. Participates in production support activities. 8. Other duties as required. EXPERIENCE: Required: .       Minimum 5 years of Siebel Experience .       Siebel Configuration - Customizing SFA .       Workflows Processes .       Development of Custom Business Services and using out of the box Business Service .       Experience configuring BCs, BOs, Applets, Views and Screens. .       eScripting .       EAI (Web Services/EBCs/VBCs) .       Experience with HTML, DHTML, Java script and Object oriented programming Preferred: .       DB2 and SQL experience .       Actuate/BIP experience .       Siebel 8 features; Task Based UI, Role Based UI .       EIM Experience .       Configuring Customer Dashboard Applets .       Experience working with Off Shore Development model. .       Siebel 7 or 8 Certification   Regards Ram sram@smart-itstaffing.com
