Roles & Responsibilities          :          

·         Support the design of data integration with NRX Asset Hub

·         Conversion of data from the legacy applications

Techno Functional consultants with good

1. ILOG, optimization experience (who can work more towards transaction management than personalization)
2. Prior experience with ILOG based Rule projects
3. Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
4. Proven experience in designing applications which respond to business needs
5. Ability to analyze code and identify shortcomings/omissions which may lead to output errors
6. Ability to work in (or at certain levels, leading) project-based teams
7. Preferably IBM certified or other insurance industry recognized certifications

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist business in identifying existing business rule (BR) Research the meaning and origin of BR Create rule templates for rule authors to use Analyze rules for completeness, correctness, optimization (from a logical, not performance, perspective)
2. Identify how rules are used in processes that implement business policies
3. Ensure quality of the BR & consistent terminology 
4. Ensure consistency of BR across function, geographies and systems Conduct impact analysis for revising or replacing BR Integrate new or revised rules into existing rule set Make recommendations for BR changes based on business knowledge
5. Facilitate resolution of BR issues Formalize the business terms (and phrases) used in business rules; this formalization may be in a logical data model, fact model, business object model or some other format that standardizes the terms used and their definitions.
6. Terms include nouns, noun phrases and qualified nouns that are referenced in business rules Create and manage abstract layer of the data model Act as consultant for the project team Act as a liaison between business, IT and project teams
