They need to understand what goes into the SDLC, how it operates, what is needed for the development.
Some of the basic issues they will be requested to support vary from resetting VDI passwords, connection to certain applications/servers, cant get through firewalls.
They will have an intake of incidents and server requests, re-set VDI passwords, and create new user passwords.
