JAVA DEVELOPERS, LEAD DEVELOPERS, ARCHITECTS
Initial contracts through December 2012. Contract, Option-to-hire and direct positions at direct client in Ann Arbor, Michigan
- 5 – 10 years of software development experience using Java; at least 3 years in a large web deployed application environment.
- 5+ years experience with web and Internet technology including SaaS experience. Bachelors or in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with web-based component frameworks, Java, Apache and Tomcat , XML and SQL/Databases
- Strong knowledge of various platforms, the agile software development life cycle (SCRUM) and agile product development methodologies and programming languages.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written; ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide audience including both business and technical stakeholders in various geographies.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to think "outside of the box" to solve complicated business problems with elegant solutions
