Gathers business process requirements;
Participates in development activities and support the testing and implementation
Ability to analyze data flows to and from OTM i.e. data mapping
Strong understanding of overall architecture of Oracle Database and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Strong understanding of how to migrate multiple databases, OTM installation, configuration, installation, and administration
Strong understanding of OTM XML
Strong understanding of load balancing
Strong understanding of technical environment and architectures (database, applications, and network
