PeopleSoft Financial Upgrade

Location:        Baltimore, MD 

Duration:       4-6 Months

 

PeopleSoft Functional Lead – GL, KK, AM

General Duties/Tasks:
•Provides PeopleSoft functional consulting services to clients
•Completes tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the implementation Project Manager and Engagement Manager

•Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to clients
•Shares suggestions and knowledge capital to help optimize the client's implementation methodology

Required Skills:
•Solid understanding and work experience as a PeopleSoft functional lead
•Minimum of five years current, hands-on PeopleSoft experience
•PeopleSoft 8.9 or higher experience required with both upgrade and implementation experience

Desired Skills:
•Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, customer's Accounts Executives, and customers Management
•Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
•Builds confidence and trust with customers
•Displays effective analytical skills

Leadership Skills:
•Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
•Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues
