Technical/Functional Skills :
· Experience on Informix database programming
· Should be conversant with SQL using Informix
· Must have programming experience with 4GL (including functions, if and while statements, etc)
· Must be familiar with the performance optimization aspects of Informix
· Production Support and Development (must offer immediate solution to production issue) experience utilizing database based applications.
· Document and recommend resolution to defects identified.
· Daily hands-on investigation/research activities to resolve production application issues related to web development code and database functionality.
· This also includes daily resolution of issues relating to batch processes and day-to-day transactions.
· Troubleshoot online application and transaction issues associated with Batch, Database, Wireless and/or User Interfaces.
· Experience in quality assurance, deployment, configuration, release and change management methodologies and concepts.
Roles & Responsibilities :
· System development, quality assurance, deployment ,Requirement Analysis, Meeting and planning , Onshore-Offshore coordination
