                        Our direct client is seeking Business Technical/Application Analyst

 

Title: Business Technical/Application Analyst

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 12 months

Skills: Applications Development and Database design, n-tier client/server systems, MS SQL server 7, MS SQL 2000, MS SQL server 2005, Java, JavaScript, VBA, VB.net, C#, AJAX, Visual Studio V 6.0, ASP

 

Required:

* Demonstrated knowledge and experience with gathering business
* Requirements, data mapping, process requirements documentation, business process engineering, and metadata documentation.
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and time management skills.
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Applications Development and Database design
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in n-tier client/server systems
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience in design and support of Database structures in MS SQL server 7, MS SQL 2000, MS SQL server 2005
* In-depth knowledge of structured programming techniques and languages (Java, JavaScript, VBA, VB.net, C#)
* Advanced knowledge and experience with AJAX
* Thorough knowledge of the principles of applications systems development and its associated lifecycle
* Ability to work independently and in a team setting to meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
* Visual Studio V 6.0, Visual Interdev, Active Server Pages (ASP)
* VBScript, Visual Studio.Net, ASP.NET, ADP, Java and Crystal Reports
