Duration         : 6 Months


REQUIREMENT ONE:


KEY SKILLS: Automation tools, Nice to have: Selenium or TestNG, black box, SQL


Duties:-
• Develop test plans for all functional, performance, browser and security testing.
• Run through test scripts manually.
• Categorize defect issues and report to project teams.
• Work with programmers to resolve defects.
• Document test results.
• Preferred to have the ability to set up automated tests using a testing tool.

Experience
• A minimum of 2 years experience in testing of web based applications
• Experience in performing end-to-end test process for complex enterprise solutions
• Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects
• Experience in Java or other object oriented programming language
• Ability to use SQL queries for QA tasks
• Understanding of Software QA methodologies, tools and approaches (black box and/or automated testing) in a software company with short release cycles
• Experience with test automation tools or frameworks such as Selenium or TestNG - Nice to Have
• Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery environment
• Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for QA and testing.

REQUIREMENT TWO:


KEY SKILLS: JMeter, Automated, Manual Testing, write Test Scripts, JAVA and Web Services, Agile


Duties:
• Collaborate with the testing team members to design and maintain the test automation frameworks.
• Analyze requirements or User Stories to identify acceptance criteria, testing cases and test scenarios.
• Design and architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy testing requirements.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results.
• Report, track and determine priority of reported bugs.
• Manage testing environments, both real and virtual.
• Create documentation for automation processes.
• Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
• Work closely with multiple development teams to ensure quality testing practices are incorporated across the development cycle.
• Keep current with advances in automation methodologies and tools.
• Comply with all company and department policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.


Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a QA automation environment.
• Experience with Web testing practices (intranet and customer-facing).
• A solid understanding of quality assurance as part of the development process.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or the equivalent.
• Strong technical experience including java and web services coding skills
• Detail oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Passion for constant improvement and automation of tasks/processes
• Candidate should be a skilled manual tester and willing to do manual testing at times as required by the current project workload.
• Familiarity with JMeter preferred.
• Familiarity with agile development process preferred.
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture concepts preferred


REQUIREMENT THREE:


KEY SKILLS: Agile, Scrum, QA Lead, Experience in various tools


Duties:
* Set test strategy and work closely with team members to execute the plan.
* Assist with selection of automated testing tools
* Act as an expert, value-added resource.
* Perform manual and automated testing on developed software.
* Consult with developers and clients about software system design and requirements.
* Interact with other members of the team (other consultants and internal developers, analysts, project managers, testers, etc) to deliver requirements according to budget and schedule.
* Provide coaching for team members regarding technical aspects of testing and tools
* Provide mentoring and guidance for an agile approach to application development
* Facilitate defect tracking and defect resolution priority setting

Experience:
* Demonstrated leadership abilities - leading through example, servant-leadership
* 8+ years experience in Quality Assurance and Testing
* 3+ years in a team lead or management role
* Strong understanding of Agile concepts, specifically Scrum
* Experience with Agile testing
* Previous development experience or knowledge of Java environments
* Bachelor's in Engineering/Science or Mathematics (Computer Science preferred)
* Passion for QA and testing.
* Attention to detail, effective communicator, and focus on quality
