Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
· Coordinates the work with the SV technical for creating Virtual Machines.
· Determines and coordinates the upgrades and patches or other downtime events of the lab machines with the development teams and monitor the performance of these machines to prevent disruptions to the lab environments and ensure they are running at optimal performance.
· Monitors the current and projected utilization of the overall environment and reports on capacity concerns. Includes the monitoring the license usage in the lab as well as any hardware or other software required to operate the lab environment.
· Installation and upgrades of lab environment software licenses or hardware. Deploy new master development and UAT images for the ADM processes.
· Updating the training and sandbox images.
