ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

LOCATION: HERNDON VA

Need a Senior Enterprise Application Architect resource who can assist with enhancing architecture modeling standards, architecture governance procedures and develop the Fannie Mae Technical Reference Model. This candidate needs to have strong Enterprise Architecture expertise along with hands-on modeling experience using tools like Mega, IBM System Architect or Troux Metis.

Day to day activities:
- Develop the Fannie Mae Technical Reference Model by collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, other Architecture Domains, COE's and Business Aligned Technology teams
- Enhance the existing architecture modeling standards, governance procedures and policies based on the Architecture Modeling (Mega) tool capability

Must have's:
- Enterprise and Application Architecture Modeling and Governance knowledge
- Hands-on experience using Mega EA tool

Like to have's:
- Leadership / Project Management experience
- TOGAF v9 certified or equivalent

Background/Technology/Software: Mega EA Tool, TOGAF v9, ITIL

Years of relevant experience: At least 5 years of Enterprise Architecture experience and 2 years of hands-on experience using Mega EA tool

GIS and Spatial Analyst

The GIS Analyst is responsible for GIS data management. The successful candidate will be proficient with current geoprocessing and data maintenance tools. Demonstrated proficiency with the ESRI suite of tools is highly desired. database design; development and management of quality control processes on GIS data to ensure the data meets specified standards; Project coordination and GIS technical support to OPCO's, BU's and partners; using data to prepare reports or support decisions. The GIS Analyst must have the ability to understand user requests, interpret these requests and formulate responses that meet the user's needs. This position requires the ability to use GIS to perform complex analysis and data editing tasks; and proven problem-solving skills. Implementing and supporting standard web-based GIS systems for worldwide operations. Installing, configuring, tuning and troubleshooting ArcGIS server. Creating map services and web applications Supporting existing installations of Image Server & Spatial Direct Working with GIS vendors on support cases and upgrades Working with internal customers in understanding requirements and ensuring application availability Designing systems using components of different technologies to complete projects in the simplest manner possible.
Working with business users to understand GIS requirements and creating solutions using the appropriate technology.

Requirements

Experienced in SpotFire/Google Earth/ArcGIS-Desktop)

5+ years GIS experience
2+ year experience with ArcGIS server / Image Server
Must have a degree in computer science, MIS, or GIS or related area.
Experience supporting/troubleshooting ArcGIS tools
Strong technical and functional skills

Experience handling vector and raster images within GIS and graphic applications
Experience maintaining and manipulating geodatabases, coverage's and shape files
Experience with ArcGIS 9.3.1/9.3
Communicate effectively with a wide range of technical and non-technical customers.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Expert knowledge of IIS and Windows server
Industry experience and demonstrable knowledge in exploration and production systems operations and software packages.
Additional desired skills include Python, Silverlight, FME, Spatial Direct, basic oil and gas industry knowledge.

Application Packaging experience a plus

Responsibilities:

· Performance/Load Test QA Automation analyst will be responsible for complex & highly integrated software systems that are internally developed.

· Requirements or use cases may be basic or advanced.

· Analyst must be very experienced at deriving testable requirements rapidly under less than ideal conditions.

· Analyst must be very experienced at developing performance/load test strategies, detailed test plans, test cases, test data, test coverage, and reporting status.

· Experience with a formal QA methodology is required, along with experience determining what to optimize for an aggressive schedule without violating the integrity of a test.

· Ability to prioritize and multi task is critical.

· Ability to work in a team environment among others with multiple competing priorities is critical.

· Should be experienced testing applications that work with Oracle, DB2, MQ, Weblogic, Tibco, in a Sun/Java, Linux/JRockit. Abitlity to navigate the mainframe is desirable.

· QALoad is utilized to simulate multiple users, app servers are monitored with ServerVantage. Experience with Application Vantage is a plus.

· Canidate must be able to work alone, and very experienced in both the art and science of performance testing complex, highly-integrated business applications running in a very high transaction environment. These are not simple web-site applications. They involve complex UI, and extensive messaging APIs utilizing MQ and JMS.

· May involve significant unplanned overtime, including Saturdays. May require staggered shift at times (starting at noon - 8 or 9 pm).
