The Roles and Responsibilities include:

· Engage, coordinate and execute complex infrastructure projects according to standard SLAs defined and ensure seamless delivery.

· Responsible for Scheduling, Reporting and Customer engagement

· Mentoring the team on both technical and process front.

· Driving technical documentation updates and flagging new updates to stakeholders on process improvements

· Onboarding new technical proficiencies to Global Change Operations for volume based execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related
Should have at least 7+ years of experience supporting Windows Server 2003/2008/2008 R2, Hyper-V and Internet Information Server (IIS5-7) in a large scale 24x7 operations/production web-service environment
In-depth experience working with Windows, Hyper-V, SAN and Network infrastructure environments.
Experience in managing pre-production/production systems and applications built on Windows servers and advanced knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP protocols, Hyper-V and IIS.
Team Lead/PM experience is a definite plus
Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
Working knowledge of scripting languages and technologies, (Powershell, VBScript, Perl , ADSI, WMI, etc.) is a plus.
