Self starter. - Proven database experience – development of procedures and debugging of issues. - Worked in a structured development environment with experience and interest in agile development techniques – scrum/test driven development/continuous integration. - Knowledge of Java frameworks – MULE/Spring/EJB. - Demonstrates ownership and takes responsibility for their work - Team lead experience. Ability to coach others. - Conceptual and analytical thinking, to the solution of problems and issues. Able to recognize trends, patterns and relationships between apparently unrelated events. Able to see key issues and/or themes in complex situations. - Consistently displays awareness and sensitivity to the needs of internal clients and external vendors. Proactively ensures these needs are met.

| Roles & Responsibilities | : | The responsibilities of this role include the following :
- Assist the Global Development Lead in the analysis and definition of overall technology architecture. - Act as primary owner of critical java development tasks within the project. - Provide direction for New York based java developers and act as escalation point for questions or issues. - Build relationship and work closely and effectively with development teams in London and Mumbai. - Assist in the definition and set up the appropriate development framework for delivering the target architecture.
