       Validation Engineer

       Seattle, WA

       6+months

 

ü                               Validation of NSN network element LTE-eNB.

ü                               . Validation of Configuration Management, Fault management, software management, Call processing and O&M areas for NSN LTE-eNB using Flexi hardware platform.

ü                               . Detailed understanding on 3GPP specifications with special focus on Rel-8 and Rel-10 features

ü                               . Able to contribute to design aspects of S1 interface for operational efficiency.

ü                               Develop lab test plans and procedures for NSN LTE eNB

ü                               . Experience in validation LTE RAN products in lab

ü                               . Field validation of NSN LTE eNB and monitor performance of nodes during FOA.

ü                               . Experience in analyzing S1 and air interface logs to troubleshoot various lab and field issues

ü                               . Experience in using protocol analyzers (K18/DNA), TEMS/QXDM and various protocol debugging tools.

ü                               . Experience in vendor management and lead vendor resources towards project completion.

ü                               . Experience in basic project management concepts to lead teams towards company initiatives under tight timelines.

ü                               . Experience in working with NSN UTRAN and NSN GERAN flexi based platforms is a big plus

ü                               . Experience in working with MME platform to troubleshoot integration and mobility related issue

ü                               . Minimum 5-years of experience in working with LTE-eNB platforms

 

ü                               . 7+ years as a test analyst with at least 5 years minimum as hands on tester.

ü                               . Must have strong organizational skills with ability to think on his/her feet

ü                               . Must have ability to coordinate with QA test team members with respect to multiple types of testing situations

ü                               . Experience in the overall network on an end to end basis

ü                               . Strong experience with management of projects

ü                               . Hands-on experience in working with overseas companies
