2. Job Title: SQL Server administrator with Oracle DBA (must to have both experience)

Location: NYC
Job Type: Contract
Rate: 55/hr
Duration: 1 year
The candidate will a high level skill in Oracle database administration and SQL Server administration.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 7 years IT industry experience.
- MS SQL Server Certified.
- 5+ years of MS SQL Server Administration in a large NT multi-master domain environment.
- Proven ability to script solutions as well as a strong knowledge of the GUI administration tools to manage change control and monitoring of the systems
- Can independently install, setup and configure SQL Server 2008.
- Significant life-cycle database administration support including database design, database development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong experience with database scripting, SQL development, unit testing, and systems administration on Microsoft platforms.
- Ability to perform 7 x 24 hour support.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to learn and research issues independently.
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
- Windows batch commands and scripting.
