Job Description:
| Create/Work the plan | · Manage, plan, direct and successfully coordinate projects ·Develop project plans ·Identify and track critical milestones ·Manage ongoing, related activities for projects ·Manage scope changes, issues, action or risk items with appropriate communications and escalation |

Skills / Experience:
· 7+ years Project Management experience
· Leading / managing multiple mid- to large-sized application development and infrastructure projects
· Excellent communicator with written, verbal and presentation skills; able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical resources
· Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, disciplined and organized
· Skilled in coordinating and supervising matrix teams, both business and technical resources
· Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads and manage time effectively, through critical thinking
· Detail-oriented, flexible with changing deadlines and requirements
· Expertise in quality control, risk management and performance metrics
· Expertise in SDLC methodology, capable of communicating concepts to end-users
· Masters degree preferred, preferably in business or technology related field, or relevant work experience
· PMP or ITIL certification desired (understanding of project or service frameworks)
· Experience with an EPM implementation, preferably with Oracle's Hyperion
