Job Details:
Role: - Sr. Performance Test Analyst / Lead
Location: - Hoffman Estates, IL
Duration: - 12 + months
No. of Positions: - 04
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:-
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience with Performance Test Analyst
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience with Wily Introscope or Any other Monitoring tool.
JOB DUTIES:-
• Work closely with Business, Developers and other stake holders to understand and come up with exact non function requirements/ Performance requirements which are in line with overall performance requirements by business.
• Study production environment for existing performance issues and include them appropriately in performance testing scope
• Monitor systems during performance test executions for potential performance issue, configuration or tuning issues and work with environment support, developers, database engineers to fix them
• Analyze the performance testing result and recommend performance improvements.
• Work closely with developers, database and env support resource to important improvements
• Request retests by performance testing teams to validate improvements
EXPERTISE:-
• Very good understating on Non functional requirements, hands on experience in gathering NFRs/Performance specifications for medium to complex systems
• Good understating on monitoring tools such as Wily Introscope, experience in analyzing monitoring reports , should come up with predictive performance analysis
• Understand the Performance engineering methodologies and Best practices.
• Understand the application development methodologies and Best practices
• Strong experience working with Java/J2ee applications. Excellent understating on performance issues in Java/J2ee
