· Experience in managing projects through design, implementation, testing and operations while controlling schedule, scope and budget preferably in financial services, accounting or technology industries.

· Experience with an EPM implementation, preferably with Oracle's Hyperion.

Job Description:

Create/Work the plan	· Manage, plan, direct and successfully coordinate projects ·Develop project plans ·Identify and track critical milestones ·Manage ongoing, related activities for projects ·Manage scope changes, issues, action or risk items with appropriate communications and escalation
Team/Resources	·Secure needed resources within resource pools ·Coordinate and manage internal and external resources required to support and execute the project · Ensure that products and services are delivered to customer satisfaction, on time and within scope and budget
Scope/Risk	· Ensure appropriate monitoring controls are utilized for scope, risk and change management
Status	· Conduct project kick-off meetings · Coordinate project status meetings to manage project team assignments · Work directly with project team to gather status updates, address issues and risks, monitor quality through appropriate controls · Report project status to key stakeholders and decision makers on a regular basis
Metrics / Budget	· Prepare and analysis project performance data for PMO dashboard reporting · Monitor and track budgets which include resource management hours and schedules
Improve	·Conduct Lessons Learned reviews to identify opportunities to improve future project and team success

Skills / Experience:

· 7+ years Project Management experience

· Leading / managing multiple mid- to large-sized application development and infrastructure projects

· Excellent communicator with written, verbal and presentation skills; able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical resources

· Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, disciplined and organized

· Skilled in coordinating and supervising matrix teams, both business and technical resources

· Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads and manage time effectively, through critical thinking

· Detail-oriented, flexible with changing deadlines and requirements

· Expertise in quality control, risk management and performance metrics

· Expertise in SDLC methodology, capable of communicating concepts to end-users

· Masters degree preferred, preferably in business or technology related field, or relevant work experience

· PMP or ITIL certification desired (understanding of project or service frameworks)

· Experience with an EPM implementation, preferably with Oracle's Hyperion

They really want someone with Oracle EPM Suite experience. Someone who has done one EPM implementation before. The contract duration is 12 months with a planned start date in early July. Below is the job description.
