She is looking for a senior level Java developer to join their team out in Charlotte. This person would be working on the WILIS application (Wholesale Imaging Licensed Software tool). WILIS is the application which reads and reviews all the different loan or mortgage documents that are processed by the bank. All review is done using Kofax.
60% will be spent on the front-end, 20% on middle-tier and 20% on back-end. The most important part of this is going to be someone who can write SQL queries and stored procedures. The DB is actually Oracle 10g but they use SQL, as well. IBM Content Manager is a HUGE plus because then they have the business knowledge of the workflow, which is what this application is based around. If they don't have that, no big deal, but that is what she is ideally looking for (let's search on that, first.) COMMUNICATION IS KEY. This person will be speaking with a team that is dispersed in several different states and time zones, so an accent is fine but not someone who will have to repeat themselves 4-5 times in order for someone to understand.
I would go through your hotbooks and see if you have anyone who is out there or willing to go out there and has the majority of development with the front-end as well as heavy SQL, good communication and IBM CM (plus).
