Minimum Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years QA testing experience with at least 1 year in the entertainment industry.
- BS Degree in MIS, Information Technology; or business related degree is required.
- Ability to read design documents and use cases in order to know if test plan is complete.
- Proficient in creating and executing manual test cases.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong critical thinking skills, to determine if solution makes business or functional sense. Strong analytical skills, solutions oriented.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communications – ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, both business and IT.
- Must be able to articulate complex application concepts in layman's terms.
- Strong customer focus.

- Proven experience with studio based participations/royalty/residuals calculations and payment functions as an analyst or consulting professional.

- Experience using Microsoft SQL to build queries to extract data to support testing.
Description:
- Work closely with the PARIS IT team (project managers, analysts, off shore developers) in planning, executing, and documenting testing.
- Work with IT and business resources to understand requirements for each project affecting any component of application.
- Works independently to review the supporting documentation and existing functionality to design/perform quality assurance testing.
- Learn individual components of system to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive test plans.
- Work closely with key users to initiate UAT testing.
- Follow and enhance developed testing processes, procedures, or methodologies.
- Tasks will include test plan definition, QA testing and error tracking.
- Document test cases to meet desired test coverage goals.
- Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating and escalating issues appropriately to management.
- Work closely with the project managers and director to ensure that the needs of the users are satisfied in all of the areas listed above.
