Title: SAP HR Functional Consultant
Location : Akron, Ohio
Duration : 6-12 months
3-6 months Contract to Hire ( If it is H1. The candidate should be ready to do H1 transfer)
Years of Experience: 4-5 years
Required Skills:
1. Must be able to lead a multi-country implementation of SAP HR, specifically OM and PA
2. Hands-on experience with Configuration on Info groups, Actions, country specific config PA30 Menu, Pay structures
3. Configuration of custom relations on OM
4. Understand the Legal & Statutory requirements per country in a particular region
5. Understand Country specific reporting needs, country specific information to be stored
6. Ability to review documented requirements, configure system according to requirements and provide a design approach on the PA info types and OM reporting structure
7. Knowledge of the tables, structure that could be used.
8. Knowledge on Country Specific info types
9. Knowledge of ESS and MSS functionality and how this is dependent on Backend R/3 configuration
Desired skills:
-Work with minimal supervision/self-starter
-Worked on global/international implementations with multiple countries
-Good communication skills
-Ability to work different shifts during critical project phases

Title: SAP HR Testing/QA Lead
Location : Akron, Ohio
Duration : 6-12 months
3-6 months Contract to Hire ( If it is H1. The candidate should be ready to do H1 transfer)
Years of Experience: 2-3yrs
Required Skills:
3 years of QA work experience with at least 2 years of experience in SAP HR implementations
Experience in executing large complex projects
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in OM/PA functional modules, ESS/MSS and system interface testing
Experience authoring comprehensive test plans, test scripts and in test execution, defect logging.
Should be self-starter and able to work with minimal guidance
Excellent communication skills are a must for this position.
