Role Description / Main Responsibilities
§ The role description will support the Senior Application/Analyst assigned to this project for the delivery of his job function.
§ Understanding the commercial application related to payroll processing and its integration with desperate legacy applications.
§ Conduct CRP, document business processes and report findings defined by Senior Application/Analyst.
§ Understand the software program flows, system architectures, the system linkages, bring out the business rules and business peculiarities defined by Senior Application/Analyst.
§ Assist Senior Application/Analyst in recommending integration with Enterprise Application.
§ Support Senior Application/Analyst towards the milestones, deliveries as needed by client.
Required skills
ü Mandatory Skills
- COBOL
- Accounting (General Knowledge): Strong Accounting Process with emphasis on General ledger/Chart Of Accounts/AR/AP and Inventory
- Technical diversified skill: File/key access, Database relationships
§ Strongly Preferred skills:
- Alpha/VAX/MVS experience.
- Analytical skills

Background
§ This project is in CENR vertical focusing on Energy domain. The objective of the project is study all the legacy systems and provide a method to migrate the systems to JDEdwards Enterprise Systems.
