Title: Sr. HR Assistant / Recruiter
Duration: 45 days+(Possibility to extend) on Contract
Location: San Antonio TX 78226 (Local candidate's preferred)
Start date: ASAP
Rate: $18-$19/hr on W2 (all Inclusive)
Work Status: OPT/EAD/GC/Citizen
Note: No telecommute / No remote access. Only onsite at Direct client work location
Description:
• Work closely w/recruiting manager to determine hiring needs of the site
• Source and screen resumes for call center positions in customer service and sales
• Apply thorough knowledge of full, lifecycle recruiting to fill positions quickly
• Conduct telephones screens to further qualify applicants for all open positions
• Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
•Use a variety of sourcing channels to include, resume mining, diversity resources, networking and direct sourcing to build and maintain quality candidate pipeline
• Develop strategies to source, attract, recruit and select quality candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruiting database
• Extend job offers and provide candidates with information to ensure a smooth on-boarding process
• Participate in company initiatives to strengthen recruitment processes
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing needs.
Hours: M-F 8am -5pm with OT as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
•4-6 years' experience in high-volume recruiting
•Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills required
•Ability to work in high pressure environment with an extreme sense of urgency
•Familiar with call center culture, terminology, and expectations
•Experience with resume management/applicant tracking systems
•Quick learner, with a positive attitude
•Ability to treat sensitivity/confidential information with appropriate discretion
• This role requires the ability to work overtime-including some Saturday's M-F 8-5 with OT as needed
