Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 3+ Months

Required Experience:
-5+ years experience in Peoplesoft implementations
-Peoplesoft CRM HR module
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
-Advising on best practice use of the HR Help Desk and assisting with configuration and upgrade related tasks from the business and functional side of the project.
-Advise, consult and assist with implementation
-Lots of configuration and set-up
-Interface with the three large call centers in the Region (North America, EMEA and APAC).

This is for an upgrade from CRM HR Help Desk 8.9 to 9.1.
