Required Skills:

Production Support Analyst ( Peoplesoft Fianacial)

4-6 years

- Experience in Production Support and Development (must offer immediate solution to production issue).

-Experience in Experience leading large-scale Peoplesoft financials implementations for organizations with multiple locations

- Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value

- Document and recommend resolution to defects identified.

- Daily hands-on investigation/research activities to resolve production application issues related to web development code and database functionality.

- Experience in quality assurance, deployment, configuration, release and change management methodologies and concepts.

- Proven track record of delivering software releases on time High integrity in an offshore-onsite working strategy.

- self-directed,ability to work independently

4-6 years

System development, quality assurance, deployment ,Requirement Analysis, Meeting and planning , Onshore-Offshore coordination.
