- Java Production Support and Development (must offer immediate solution to production issue) experience utilizing web-based applications. - Experience in the following technologies, platforms and languages: Java,J2EE,Websphere,XSLT,Javascript,Unix - Experience on Websphere is a must - Should be proficient with on RDBMS preferably Oracle(SQL & PL/SQL) - Should have good working knowledge on Unix and exposure to scripting - Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value - Document and recommend resolution to defects identified. - Daily hands-on investigation/research activities to resolve production application issues related to web development code and database functionality. - This also includes daily resolution of issues relating to batch processes and day-to-day transactions. - Troubleshoot online application and transaction issues associated with Batch, Database, Wireless and/or User Interfaces. - Experience in quality assurance, deployment, configuration, release and change management methodologies and concepts. - Proven track record of delivering software releases on time High integrity in an offshore-onsite working strategy. - self-directed; ability to work independently. |
