The key skill set we are looking for is experience with embedded software design, ideally with real time operating system development using VxWorks and Workbench IDE, along with IBM Rational Rhapsody.
• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science with 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with coding and integrating DSPs (e.g.: TI) and Microcontrollers (e.g.: Microchip, TI) with the hardware designs.
• Working knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, Cache, C, C++, Ja2120040va, .NET, Visual Basic or similar programming languages.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (preferably VXWorks and Workshop IDE) and C/C++
• Experience or knowledge of DFR for software, Agile and Lean software development methodologies to identify fault trees and implement Designs for Reliability and Testability early in the product development cycle.
• Knowledge of Control System Application or Prior experience and Knowledge of Hardware-Software interaction with Event-driven programming
• Working knowledge of Linux, Microsoft Windows development environments and system tools
