Job Description:

 

w        Should have 6-10 years of experience, with last 5-7 years in HR implementations involving PA, OM, Benefits, T&E ESS & MSS, Recruitment and Payroll and should be able to integrate them to customer needs.

w        Should have good understanding of Industry Trends, and should be able to design future & foolproof solution involving multiple applications.

w        Should have good understanding of the Industry Best practice and should be able to align customer practices with best in class industry processes.

w        Should have good experience of all the key HR Process.
