6 + Month contract,

 

Maintaining  multiple SCOM environments to bring them to a healthy state.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Maintaining deep knowledge of latest SCOM products and configurations of Enterprise Customers by continuously increasing technical knowledge.

• Delivering timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention,

 

 

 

• Managing escalations and sub-cases to ensure timely and high quality resolution of all issues.

 

 

 

• Developing and implement strategies for providing proactive support resulting in fewer incidents, increased availability, or accelerated deployments.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Technical Abilities:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Accountable for problem solving analysis, prevention and knowledge transfer, identifies & works on routine bugs

 

Document & create SOP for SCOM Administration

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Possesses technical expertise in System Center Operations Manager.

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Examines possible workarounds and escalates as required.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Possesses deep technical expertise in all parts of SCOM & Powershell.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Deep knowledge of SCOM Powershell command let is required

 

 

 

 

 

 

Powershell scripting is plus

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Is recognized as an engineer in the troubleshooting / debugging of complex issues involving multiple System Center technologies.
