7+ years of development experience. Should be hands on in coding.
Required:
o Good in UI development with Html/CSS/JSP/Servlets/AJAX/JQuery etc
o Spring MVC & Webflow, Spring Core, Spring JDBC, XML & XML Parsers, bindings
o Strong in SOA (Webservices, JMS, Integration Patterns, Spring Integration)
o Expertise in OOAD, Core and JEE Design patterns
o Experience with Hibernate/JPA
o Experience in design and development of JUnit test cases
o Database programming with MS SQL Server
o Build and deployment with Maven
o Ability to do code reviews and code refactoring
o Good in Communication
o Leadership skill with ability to work with client and manage offshore team
