| Roles & Responsibilities | Learn system level and detailed software design document, specifications of existing/new products, and understand coding of these products. Prepare system level and detailed software design document, specifications, and perform coding and preliminary testing of enhancement of existing/new products as well as new products. Perform design reviews, analyze concepts and cost effectiveness of the software design. Prepare and maintain project notebooks, design and test documentation, and user documentation. |
| Generic Managerial Skills | Excellent communication, presentation, writing and documentation skills. Actively communicate and collaborate with Project Management. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ensure that development documentation protocols and procedures are followed in accordance with established processes. Meet project schedule. |
