Relevant Experience (Yrs): 6-8 Years of experience as a Technical Lead in IBM Websphere Portal Implementation WCM 7.0.
Recommended to have at least 3 years engagement experience with IBM Websphere Portal Implementation as Technical-functional Lead.
Necessary Skills:
• Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Should have knowledge to Implement IBM Websphere Portal WCM 7.0.
• Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience.
• Experience in design and development the websphere portal solution & content management
• Strong experience in java/J2EE solution
• Hands on ownership and responsibility for technical aspects of project delivery and solution
• Must have experience in project co-ordination in offshore/onsite environment
• Experience in managing project execution
Desired Skills:
• Rich experience WCM and WPS development, Application design
• Having Pharma domain experience will be a great benefit.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• This role will act as the Project Coordinator and Technical Lead,
• Collaborating with the KP team members to manage day to day deliverables and work products.
• Issue resolution with the KP Project Manager, to ensure the project moves forward without delay.
• Provide Technical help in doing the Implementation of IBM Websphere Portal Web content Management(WCM) Environment.
• Provide Technical guidance/help to Internal Team members to understand and learn IBM WCM.
• Should be a very good Team worker.
• Identify recurring issues/alerts and conduct root cause analysis
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Able to plan/track tasks/activities
• Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
