·         7-10+ Years of Java Development experience

·        Must have been a Java Team Lead for the Past 3-4 years.

·        Must have lead Development team of 10+ or greater

·         Must have expertise in Java and Java associated tools :

o   Hibernate

o   JSP

o   JSF

o   Drools

·         Experience in UI Development

·         Experience with AJAX

·         Excellent Comm. skills
