Job Description:

 

Skill Area: Mandatory skill areas:

·         SAP ECC 6.0 Finance and Controlling

·         Expertise in most of the following process areas: Legal Entity Structure Design, Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Fixed Asset Management, Project Accounting, Tax Accounting, Treasury and Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Period Closing, Accounts Receivables and Payables and Accounting Interfaces

·         At least 8 to 10 years experience in designing and implementing SAP ECC 6.0

·         Experience in leading project teams in a multi-location, multi-provider onsite-offshore delivery model

 

Desirable skill areas:

·         Implementation experience in Manufacturing and/or Retail sectors

·         Certification in SAP Financials

·         Chartered Accountant / Chartered Management Accountant / Certified Public Accountant / MBA

 

Brief Job Outline: Responsibilities:

The candidate will have the overall accountability for the successful delivery of the SAP Financials solution based on timely fulfillment of all business requirements and will be specifically responsible for:

·         Interacting with customers for identifying and analyzing requirements in SAP Financials to provide appropriate solutions

·         Planning the delivery of such solutions and to estimate the effort related to such solutions

·         Modeling, development, and enhancement of SAP Financial business scenarios

·         Integration of all technical aspects of SAP Financials environment with SCM, CRM, BI, Peoplesoft HR, Taxware etc

·         Providing direction and resolution options for technical and integration related issues.

·         Leading all integration working sessions, reviews and signoffs of technical solution.

·         Project management of the SAP Financials implementation in a onsite-offshore delivery model including testing, training, cutover and transition to support
