Job description:

 6-8 yrs • Experience with process automations through tools implementation in the areas of configuration & release, change management • Experience with configuration & customization, integration, migration, upgrades and support of one or more of following Rational Tools o ClearQuest-TestManager (CQTM) - customized workflow development, Perl scripting / hooks, creation of email rules, queries, charts & reports o Clear Quest o Clear Quest Web o Rational Application Developer (RAD) o Requisite Pro • Experience in tool integrations covering ClearCase UCM, RequisitePro, CQTM, BuildForge, RMT, RFT & Project Console • Good understanding of SDLC process models like RUP, Job Activities • Tool repository setup and configuration • Develop / Configure reporting specific to team • Response to Service Desk calls for incidents associated with above tools • Resolve incidents across incident categories like: Assistance, Installation, Access, Application Error, Connectivity, etc • Provide training and mentoring for tools and practices
