· Expert Technical Knowledge of People code, Application Engine, SQRs. (<= 5 Years of Experience ) · Needs to be onsite and skilled in PeopleSoft Core HR Modules (80% Technical + 20% Functional mix) · Ability to reverse Engineer from the existing code(People code, Application Engine, SQRs) and come out with a Functional Requirement. · Provide investigational and analytical skills. · Can interact directly with client Business group to gather requirements and analyze, design and document the changes within the module. · Evaluate impact assessments on current system functionality. | |
