| Technical/Functional Skills | · Excellent up-to-date knowledge in SAP eRecruitment system · Excellent up-to-date knowledge in Web DynPro and BSP development. · Excellent up-to-date knowledge in ABAP development including Adobe Forms and SmartForm. · Good understanding of the eRecruitment data model and its relevance to ECC structures. · Good understanding of the eRecruitment development methodologies and standards. · Understanding of the data conversion between ECC and e-Recruitment systems. · Excellent knowledge of workflow in e-Recruitment. · Practical Experience in development of enhancements in e-Recruitment 6.0 (experience with EHP3 desirable). · Knowledge of NetWeaver technology, Web application server (WAS), ABAP Objects, BSP, Java, BDT. |

| Roles & Responsibilities | · Development of eRecruitment programs or proposing configuration changes that will solve some system runtime errors being generated in the background · Work on improving performance of custom programs, BSP and WebDynpro applications. · Analyze SAP eRecruitment OSS notes, determine their applicability to resolve issues encountered in the Unicef's production environment, and apply relevant customization in system configuration and/or custom development in conjunction with application of the SAP OSS notes · Development of eRecruitment enhancements using ABAP Web Dynpro and BSP technology · Development of Module View Controller (MVC) components and functions related to the changes in WebPages · Changes to existing workflows with possibility of creating new workflows · Develop and maintain application configuration for the existing Web Dynpro applications · Support and enhance the existing ALE scenarios · Work with the MIME objects such as themes, CSS and images to implement UNICEF's branding requirement · Develop reports using SAP smart forms, Web Dynpro and ABAP. |
