Oracle development DBA

Contract
Looking for an Oracle development DBA to support a very highly distributed OLTP system.
Must have experience designing and developing on all versions of Oracle DBMS from 9i to 11g
Solid PL/SQL and data analysis skills are mandatory. Experience with database design tools a plus.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Design and implement database objects including, tables, views, indexes and partitioning strategies.
Desigmodify and troubleshoot complex PL/SQL code.n, develop,
Design, test and document database environments.
Research complex data problems and deliver any required data solutions
Modify/improve existing OLTP structures with minimal to no disruption to front end applications.
Work with other Data Architects, DBAs, and development teams to create high performance, reliable solutions in an OLTP environment
Evaluate and implement new data related technologies
Skills and Qualifications :
Applicant must have a strong technical aptitude, strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Applicant must posses the ability to apply technical knowledge, communicate ideas, and leverage interpersonal and/or business skills. Applicant should be skilled in prioritizing requirements, determining concise implementations, and generating complete and coherent documentation.
Applicant must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, peers and customers.
Applicant must also show the ability and motivation to learn quickly and be successful in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. SQL tuning, data modeling, PL/SQL development.
Working knowledge of Java, c#, middleware technologies and how they impact and are impacted by database design a plus.
