1. Should have strong Testing experience in SFDC - Mandatory and Primary Skill Set.

2. Web application testing - Mandatory

3. SAP Testing - exposure in SAP (desirable)

4.Middle ware testing - desirable (

5. e-commerce testing - is Plus.
