Rate:                $45/hr C2C all inclusive MAXIMUM

 

Job Location: Santa Clara , CA Proven Operational Expertise on LAN,WAN,Wireless /Advanced Networking Technologies CORE COMPETENCY ·         Operational support of Global WANs, LANs, WLANs and other leading network technology solution. ·         Excellent Knowledge & experience in networking technologies such as Ethernet, ATM,  MPLS, OSPF ,ISDN, IPSec, VLANs, HSRP, PPP, EIGRP, BGP, QoS, Multicast, ACLs, VPNs, ·         Working Knowledge on Security technologies and concepts. ·         Working Knowledge on Voice infrastructure including IP Telephony, Telepresence & traditional PABXs. ·         CCNP certification preferred.   JOB RESPONSIBILITY    ·         Handle Santa Clara operations and work with teams globally to resolve any issues if required ·         Provide 24 X 7 oncall /onsite support for Local Santa Clara network issues ·         Escalation contact for all local Santa Clara operational issues. ·         Work with vendors like Cisco ,AT&T ,Aruba etc  to resolve any outage situations Experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting multiple products on Cisco routers, Cisco switches, Aruba Wireless and   WAN Optimization etc       Experience in using network management tools for performance tuning and troubleshooting. Process management and problem-solving & presentation skills. Generating monthly reports and Analysis Soft Skills The individual must be an independent, confident, persistent and results-oriented individual - not an order-taker but rather one who contributes ideas and opinions to ensure sound solutions are implemented. Able to deal with ambiguity and work independently with minimal supervision/guidance. Excellent time management & organizational skills i.e. able to juggle several projects concurrently.  Excellent English communication and influencing skills. Solid oral and written communications, problem solving, commitment to task, ability to lead and influence change.
