3022 --Business Analyst-- Orlando, FL-Duration: Open
Assist with data collection and analysis, identify problem areas and recommend revising existing processes.
Provide reporting, presentations, and assistance to leadership.
This position is in IT and will involve (at a high-level), the following:
* Process Consultation & guidance: As we make critical decisions in the business, we need a representative that can be a true partner and provide strategic guidance.
* Ability to document processes, capabilities, metrics and high-level requirements thoroughly.
* Great communication skills are a must. The individual will be the bridge between business teams and technical teams. They have to effectively represent the "voice of the customer".
* Experience: Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
* Experience: Comfort with Visio to create process flow diagrams is a plus
