Position: Biztalk Analyst - SCM
Role: Sr Consultant (5-8 Years)
Location: Milpitas, CA
Duration: 12+ Months

• Ability to develop critical thinking and innovative solutions in collaboration with clients and peers.
• Ability to advise Operations and other functional leadership not only from a systems perspective but also from information model, process, control, analysis and Operations management/reporting perspectives.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Operations/Supply Chain systems and Operations/Supply Chain Management.
• Possess strong business systems analysis and business integration consulting background.
• Ability to develop solution design, systems analysis, systems integration and software implementation practices will be extremely important.
• Ability to build a business consulting team made up of senior staff and consulting partners aligned with specific business subject matter experts and functions, and are able to lead by influence.
• Ability to hire, develop and retain the best process, subject matter, and systems analysis skills in the industry will be important.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communications skills by providing examples of written documents/specifications, presentation and examples of major speaking engagements/presentations.
• Experience in designing and managing business systems and process governance forums (Steering Committees) is very important.
• Experience in developing close working relationships with business partners and develop IT practices that bring IT to the forefront in leading the business is very important also.
• At least 6-9 years in business systems and process. Demonstrated experience in participating and/or leading business process re-engineering with structured methods (Lean, Six Sigma, other) is extremely beneficial.
• High tech industry experience and strong working knowledge of common high tech business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service and Engineering.
• Implementing Middleware platforms and frameworks, especially involving systems-level constructs
• Your deep experience in developing, integrating and leading large-scale ERP, EAI, SOA-based enterprise solutions will be very useful.
