Seeking Java /.Net Developers ( 3 to 5 contractors) Entry-to Mid Level expertise
Location: Dearborn, Michigan
General Requirements:
Very good communication skills
Self-starter and good working with little or no direction
Extremely good analytical and debugging skills.
Familiarity with source control (preferably SVN – branching, merging, etc.).
Java Developer (~2 @ middle-level experience focusing on web application development):

Medium Java (J2SE) experience
Light Spring experience
Light Ant "buildfile" experience
Tomcat familiarity
Heavy Javascript and CSS experience
Experience with Velocity and/or Freemarker templating (or something comparable)
.NET/Java Developer (~3 @ entry to middle-level experience focusing on general development):
Light Spring experience
Light Ant "buildfile" experience
Tomcat familiarity
Heavy Javascript and CSS experience

Medium to heavy ASP (classic) and .NET experience (c#) - exactly in this order.
Medium to heavy MS-SQL experience (and general DB familiarity)
Light Java (J2SE) experience (would be nice)
Medium experience/comfort with IIS6 – IIS7
