Title: Oracle PL/SQL Developer w/ Sharepoint Location – WestPoint, PA Duration: 12 +months Send resume at aslam@saxon-global.com To make it short: They are looking for Oracle PL/SQL Developer w/ Sharepoint Skills Requested – Communications Skills: Strong communication skills are a must. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members, users, and management will be needed. Ability to facilitate meetings with users and account managers. Assist and support user communications. Assist in end-user training and support as needed Technical Skills. Technical Skills: Recent experience and strong ability to perform queries, retrieve data, and analyze data from Oracle database. Ability to create ad-hoc reports from Oracle database as needed. Prior experience creating Access front-end interface for Oracle database. Ability to create code for data tagging within the Oracle database for queries Analytical and Project Organization Skills. Strong organizational and coordination skills needed for scheduling of user activities. Accountable for meeting deadlines and supporting users and team members in a timely manner. Assist in gathering, defining, and synthesizing user requirements, dependencies, risks, and issues . Ability to interact with technical support team regarding migrations and user data . Strong creative, analytical, and problem solving skills required . Communicate time estimates, level-of-effort estimates, and level of complexity when required Additional Considerations . Ability to work in a team environment . Ability to deal with ambiguity and change as needed . Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly when needed . Willingness to travel if needed . Back-up project manager and team members as needed . Experience with desktop migrations a plus .
