Job Title : Purchasing IT Business Analyst
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 7+ years
Technical/Functional Skills : SAP MM
Total Experience Required : 7 + years
Work Location : Holland, MI
Rate : $45/hr C2C
Roles & Responsibilities : Day to day duties and responsibilities:
• Attending multiple meetings, documenting requirements, analyzing the systems and data to come up with right solution.
• Working with the newly implemented SAP Purchasing module SARA (Supplier Agreement and Retro Automation)
• Work with workflow & dashboard, Electronic signature, retroactive price changes, vendor master, writing debits & credits in SAP module
25% requirements gathering/ analysis, 50% testing and troubleshooting, 25% meetings
Must haves :
1) Creating excellent requirement documents.
2) SAP MM experience & understanding
3) Ability to document test cases
4) Ability to troubleshoot production issues from a functional standpoint
Nice to haves :
1) Purchasing specific experience
2) BEX tool for reporting
