Position 1

Unica Campaign Technical Architect

Expertise to provide United with assistance with the setup, data integration, and performance optimization of their Unica Campaign environment, this includes the following anticipated items:

·         Provide technical advice to United with regard to how to best integrate United’s customer data with Unica Campaign so that it can be leveraged to build Unica Campaign logic

·         Provide technical advice to United with regard to how to best facilitate on-going integration between Unica Campaign and Unica Marketing Operations

·         Work with the United Technical team to identify and implement opportunities to improve the performance of United’s campaigns

 

Position 2

Unica Campaign Business Solutions Consultant

Expertise to give United assistance with the design, development and testing of Unica Campaign Offers, campaign logic, Flowcharts and other objects required to support their Unica Campaign requirements. This includes the following anticipated items:

·         Assist United with the design, development and testing of three (3) Unica Campaign Flowcharts

·         Assist United with the design, development and testing of up to three (3) Unica Campaign Offer Templates

·         Assist with the setup one (1) Table Catalog, one (1) Custom Macro, one (1) Strategic Segment and one (1) automation Trigger

·         Assist with the setup of Unica Contact History and tracking tables with up to ten (10) custom attributes

·         Assist with the setup of Unica Response History and tracking tables with up to ten (10) custom attributes

·         Assist United with the design, development and testing of one (1) Unica Campaign response history flowchart.

·         Assist with this setup of one (1) Unica Campaign Security Policy with up to 3 user Roles

·         Provide desk-side coaching and go-live support to United users

 

Position 3

Unica Campaign Implementation Assistance

In this activity, Vendor will perform the following tasks:

·         Provide a Unica Project/Engagement Manager to assist with management of the implementation of United’s Unica Campaign technical and business requirements

·         Provide a Unica Technical Architect to assist with the technical setup, data and application integration and optimization of Unica Campaign in the united environments.

·         Provide a Business Solutions Consultant to assist with the design, development and testing of the campaigns and campaign objects required to meet United’s business requirements.
