Duration: 12+ Months
Responsibilities:
Codes tests, and configures system components
Estimate work efforts for work plan creation and maintenance
Implements agency-specific configurations and customizations
Web Services – creation, publishing, ingestion, lifecycle, standards
Database knowledge - ANSI SQL, Data Access Objects

Required:
Specific programming language skills/knowledge  - Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Java Server Pages, Oracle Portal, XML, Rational Suite (Trained),(UML), Services Oriented Development, Oracle Unified Business Process Management, Oracle Policy Automation, WebLogic.
