Required Skills:

  • Have 15 yrs of core experience on Application & DC Consolidation
  • Infra skills specific to DC (40%), Pharma Skills (40%), Apps (20% - focus on how to extract programs in apps and evaluate them)
  • Experience of working in Life Sciences Industry
  • Excellent People Management Skills
  • Have extensive experience in performing Application Portfolio Assessments for DC Consolidation
  • Strong Project Management Skills

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Creation of Program management plan
  • Overall Program Schedule, Budget and Scope  Management
  • Report Program Status to Steering Committee
  • Liaison with  customer Executive/Senior Management
  • Provide strategic direction to Program Team
  • Handle Project Escalation Management and Risk Management
  • Reporting weekly & monthly dashboard.
  • Validates integration efforts of various tracks
  • Arranges and facilitates meetings
  • Manages communication plan
  • Monitors Acceptance Management Process
  • Monitors and Controls Program Schedule
  • Participates in Project Review and Audit
  • Participates in Steering Meetings
