·         Has five years plus of experience in filenet

·         Has five years plus of experience in dot net

·         Excellent Communication Skills

 Typically a .NET candidate, but mostly should have worked on File NET.

So someone who has worked on Filenet with .NET experience is important.

70% on filenet and 30% on .NET
