Experience Required : 7-8 years
Education : Graduate
Work Location : SJC, California
Technical/Functional Skills : Total 7-8 years experience with 3-4 years in Incident Management / ITSM
• Single Point of Contact for all communication during P1/ P2 incidents
• SME in ITIL Incident / Problem Management processes
• Excellent oral & written communication sills
• Strong practical ITSM knowledge
• Ability to work with a team and cordinate with multiple stakeholders involved in the incident resolution
•Excellent understanding of Business Impact of the Incidents and ability to communicate it to all stakeholders
• Ability to interact with senior management, Business and IT teams
Roles & Responsibilities : Role
Incident manager
• Single Point of Contact for all communication during P1/ P2 incidents
• SME in ITIL Incident / Problem Management processes

• Willingness to travel / relocate on projects if need be
• Ability to interact with clients and act as the SPOC on projects assigned
